Brevy ("us", "we", or "our") operates the browser extension and related services (the "Service") available through the Chrome Web Store and its integration with https://x.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Access to the Service
- Access to Brevy's autocomplete features is granted upon installing our Chrome extension. The Service enhances your writing process on x.com by providing intuitive, context-aware suggestions for posts, replies, and direct messages.
- Brevy is designed to be non-intrusive, offering suggestions that seamlessly integrate with your thought process as you type.
2. User Data
Brevy collects data related to your writing and usage patterns solely for the purpose of improving the Service and providing personalized suggestions. Following payment, we will store your email address, which will not be utilized for purposes other than those associated with the product.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
If dissatisfied with our Service, customers have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Fair Usage Policy
Subscribers to our unlimited plan are subject to a fair usage policy, which caps requests at 1000 per day. Exceeding this limit may lead to your account being flagged as suspicious. This limit can be increased upon request by contacting us.
5. Service Reliability and Refunds
Our product relies on the layout of x.com. Should x.com undergo changes that impair our Service, we will endeavor to adjust our product as swiftly as possible. If the Service is rendered unusable and cannot be amended, customers will be refunded the prorated amount for the unused duration of their subscription.
6. Termination of Service
Your account may be terminated at any point without refund if the Service is used for illegal or abusive activities.
